Neil James Watt (born in Hannover, Germany) is a German-born Scottish former footballer and most recently manager of Ayr United. Watt was appointed manager of Ayr United on 22 March 2007. He resigned as manager of Ayr United on 22 October 2007 [[http://www.ayrunitedfc.co.uk/index.asp?p=news&newsid=948].
   Watt had previously enjoyed success as manager of Stranraer F.C., leading them to the Scottish Third Division title in 2003-04, and then a second successive promotion as runners-up in the Scottish Second Division in 2004-05 but left Stranraer at the end of season 2005-06, when the club was relegated back to the Second Division
